Ms. Panajoti graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law University of Tirana in 1994 and was an exchange student at Leiden University, The Netherlands (1993-1994).
In the beginning of her career she worked as a lawyer at INSIG sh.a (1994-1995) and as a magistrate (ndihmes gjyqtar) at the Court of First Instance in Tirana (1995-2000).
From 2000 Ms. Panajoti has been a judge at the same court (Gjykata e Shkalles se Pare Tirane Dhoma Civile & Penale) until her resignation in 2020(after successfully passing the first instance of the Vetting Process). Regleta Panajoti has held academic lectures both nationally and internationally and has participated in numerous trainings held in: Copenhagen Denmark; Budapest, Hungary, the Hague ,The Netherlands; Munich Germany and Belgrade Serbia.
Ms. Panajoti represents high profile clients in the areas of insurance, corporate and civil law. She has successfully negotiated a number of contracts amounting to millions of euro for international clients and has represented state owned entities in international arbitrations.
